Marketing Praktikum

I've been contentedly slaving away at the same place for a few years now. I genuinely the company and my coworkers are great but a few months ago I experienced a spat of disinterest. I wasn't the only one feeling this way; everyone had a bad attitude. The company's boss must've have noticed it too because he added a team building training event to the schedule.

At first I was cynical. My generation considers these corporate tactics as shabby. Blame The Simpson's. So this is the prism through which I saw the training sessions. But after the training sessions had ended my thoughts had undergone a transformation. During the seminar we listened to interesting, thought-provoking, and exciting speakers. The exercises were fun. And even the food was great. Best of all I went back to the office with a renewed sense of direction, stronger leadership qualities, and a better relationship with my coworkers. Don't be a pessimist. The Business networking will do you some good.
