It's getting tougher and tougher for people to find a fast but nutritious dinner. Between my work, kids, and maintaining our apartment, I've been too busy to cook healthy meals. More often than not I'm forced to eat out at fast places or make a dinner comprised of microwavable foods. It causes me to feel sad but it's become almost required.

Not too long ago a healthy alternative moved in just down the street. From a a pile of rubble a restaurant and catering service popped up. The new place has a large menu which is useful for my contrasting family. Even my spectacularly finicky daughter enjoys a few of their menu items.
